Silverlight Counselling provides a professional, confidential, safe space for you to freely explore any thoughts or feelings.  We will work together at your own pace where you will be listened to without any judgement.  It's a space for you to reflect on yourself and any issues that may be troubling you.  I will be a guide in helping you to recognise the strengths you already have and finding ways of utilising them to start rebuilding.   Our aim is not to change who you are but to embody these strengths to renew your mindset.

I chose the name Silverlight as I felt it represented the transitions people make during their therapeutic journey.  Silver is believed to be a mirror to the soul, helping us to see ourselves as others see us, drawing negative energy out of the body and replacing it with positive energy.  At times it can be hard to see beyond our darkest moments but the light inside all of us can outshine the darkness.
